for my final project, one thing i'm shooting is a recreation of famous paintings. i'm going to develop them on sunday / monday, but the digital ones i took turned out really well! i'm excited to see how they look on film.

I declared my photography minor the other day. I'm in the process of shooting my final project. It's gonna be kinda really cool.

my friend austin asked me to help him out with his medium format project. i do not like having my picture taken, so i'll be honest, i was probably not the most cooperative person. i think he ended up using a lot of the shots that he took while i wasn't paying attention because otherwise i was making weird faces or uncontrollably laughing. check out his work hereski, it's awesome.

i've just about had it with my photography teacher. i usually like feedback and critique on stuff, but she gives me none that is useful. i checked my grades today and i just saw a letter. during critique, she seems to be more sympathetic of the stuff that's up rather than critical. i just don't understand what she wants, and it's frustrating. moving on, i'm working on my next assignment, which is a narrative. i've been planning some stuff out that i'm really excited to shoot. hopefully, this will please her. it probably won't.
